Ubuntu & White Light

November 18, 2016 ,

This year has been one wild ride most probably the wildest one ever. We have met incredible people and one thing that was on our to do list for 2016 was to do more colaborations with like minded creatives. One of those gems we found this year was Lizettte from Lubellos Bridal. Lizette came up with the concept of doing a shoot that is completely made up of and inspired by Ubuntu. Between the two of us we handpicked some of our favorite suppliers.  A great team can never fail and we found it in these suppliers.  Huge shout out to all involved! It was a tricky one but we believe well worth it!

Suppliers involved:

Dresses – Lubellos Bridal
Suit – Metro Home City
Flowers and Decor – Dream Canvas Events
Hair & Makeup – Yolandi Kahl @ Style Productions
Venue – White Light
Video – Heinz Boesenberg Films

Ubuntu. Human kindness.

It is in this “human-ness” where we find each other, to love and to hold, for better or for worse, till death do us part.

Lefentse is dressed in a Magenta Pink Seshweshwe bridal bodice with its typical geometric patterns – complemented with beaded bridal lace. She sparkles and shimmer in the “White Light”. Her bridal tulle ball skirt with scattered polka dots is the perfect answer to the traditional flair she brings. On her side is the groom. Hlogi is cool and confident. At ease with his contemporary look, he means business today. Their bridesmaids bring a fresh traditional inspiration to the venue and are certainly not to be missed.

Completely at home in the intimate opulent environment of The Forum White Light – the styled couple serves justice to their heritage, right in the heart of the Cradle of Humankind. The ultimate platform to set the stage for the long road forward.

It makes sense to infuse and renew Ubuntu at “White Light”.
